1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering FunLand Adventure Park premises, purchasing tickets, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, including children and their accompanying adults or guardians. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our facilities or services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FunLand Adventure Park. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or display at our facility.

2. Age Requirements and Supervision

FunLand Adventure Park is designed primarily for children ages 2-12 years. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times while on the premises. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the child's behavior, safety, and compliance with all park rules and regulations.

Parents and guardians are required to actively supervise their children throughout their visit. Our staff members are trained to assist and ensure safety compliance, but they are not babysitters or childcare providers. Adults must remain alert and engaged in their children's activities at all times.

Children with special needs or medical conditions must be accompanied by caregivers familiar with their specific requirements and able to provide appropriate assistance when needed.

3. Safety Rules and Regulations

Safety is our top priority at FunLand Adventure Park. All visitors must follow posted safety guidelines and instructions from our staff members. Failure to comply with safety rules may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

General Safety Requirements:

  • Appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes are required at all times
  • No jewelry, loose clothing, or accessories that may pose safety hazards on equipment
  • Height and age restrictions for specific attractions must be observed
  • No running, pushing, or rough play that may endanger other visitors
  • Food and beverages are not permitted on play equipment
  • Visitors must report any injuries or incidents to staff immediately

We reserve the right to deny access to any attraction or area if safety concerns exist, regardless of age or height requirements being met.

4. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By entering FunLand Adventure Park, you acknowledge that participation in recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other harm. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your visit and use of our facilities.

FunLand Adventure Park, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from your visit, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. This includes injuries resulting from your own negligence, the negligence of other visitors, or normal wear and play on equipment.

You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless FunLand Adventure Park from any claims, demands, actions, or suits that may arise from your visit or use of our facilities. This waiver extends to all members of your party, including minor children under your supervision.
